*ENTANGLED*(part 2)
Episode 9
Jide struggled to sit up..as much as Binah tried to keep him still he refused and sat up
"Jide lie back now..lie back this...
Jide placed one finger on her lips and hushed her..she was becoming bossy again..her eyes went dim a little..she felt a sudden rush she tried to fight
Folake still peeped thru the curtain to make sure her son was safe
"Binah you didn't do anything..I know my father was responsible. And he must face Justice"
Jide planned to use the record on his phone against him..
Folake heard it all..Rufus wanted to kill her son.?..no he had gone too far this time..she dialled his number.. He was in a beer parlour..the doctor's word kept ringing in his head as he gulped down a full bottle of beer
"Which means Jide is not your son"
He picked folake's call
"Rufus..Jide is awake"
"So what did I miss?..is there any guy who has taken my place?"
Jide pushed further with that seducing smile..Binah scoffed..he should know she was better at seduction
"No Jide. Its still you. Those little boys won't take a bullet for me"
She stood up from the chair beside the bed where she had been sitting and sat opposite him
"And you would dare come closer?"
Jide asked..knowing fully well she would..since he had dared her..she moved closer..this was man she was sure would go thru hell for her. She ignored her warning thoughts and moved close to his lips..No..she regained her senses and was about to pull back when Jide reached and their lips met. Slowly they kissed..and then passionately.. She couldn't stop herself. This was something she couldn't explain. She loved how he played with her lips until she felt it had gone to far..she withdrew..trying to catch her breathe
"I..I have to go"
She hurried out of the ward"
"You're a fool Binah. What were you thinking?"
She cursed herself

Rufus got back to the hospital and attempted to go into the ward when folake stopped him.
"Rufus you planned to kill my son?"
She questioned and Jide could hear clearly
"Who is Jide's father?"
Rufus question caught her unaware..she was startled and tried to play dumb
"What are you talking about?"
She questioned back. She couldn't look at his face now
"Answer you low life slut!!"
He roared at her. His eyes turned red as he clenched his teeth and moved towards her.
Fear gripped her
"Its lawani adebisi. The man you murdered.."
She shouted back..
Jide had his mouth opened. He couldn't believe what he heard..does this mean he just kissed his sister??

Episode 10
Rufus held his chest..the pain he felt was unbearable..a tear dropped from his eyes
"How could you do this to me folake?"
His eyes went dim..he lost balance and slumped
Folake rushed to him and called for the doctor
Jide remained silent. What he heard had to sink into his brain..he wasn't certain how he felt about Binah yet. But judging from what he heard he was certain he would have to end whatever he had started with her..
Binah couldn't concentrate..she wanted to go thru the files she took from obi's office but she was not getting anywhere..she took her car keys and drove home to Aduke..she met Aduke sleeping..she wanted to let her be but Aduke was awake already
"Binah?"
Aduke called out when Binah attempted to walk out of the bedroom
Aduke got up immediately and hugged her daughter..oh how she had missed her
"Mum I have a problem"
Binah spoke out after they had talked for over an hour
"What is it my child?"
"Mum..I..am..am falling for someone and i want to stop it..how?"
She finally blurted out with her head bowed..she couldn't look at her mother's face..Aduke was shocked to the core..Binah? Falling for a man?..it was beyond surprising
"Binah why do you want it to stop? Love is the best feeling that can ever happen to you"
Binah shook her head in disagreement
"No mum..it makes me vulnerable and I don't want that"
Aduke took Binah's right hand..she was beyond happy that her daughter has found love at last
"Binah why don't you give it a trail and see..love conquers all"
Binah acted like she was convinced when she noticed her mother wasn't ready to help her out.
A week past she couldn't bring herself to visit Jide.. Rufus was diagnosed to have heart failure..he remained at the hospital.. Jide had been discharged.. Although he still felt a sharp pain by his rib. He texted Binah to meet him up..he had to end things with her..and tell her what he heard
Binah sighted him where he sat waiting for her. Her heart raced. She braced herself and entered the plaza.. Yes, he had a lot to say but the moment he set eyes on her..all his defenses fell apart..he never realised how beautiful she was. He stood up and embraced her tight..he inhaled her scent..damn she smelt so good. She felt his warmth..she had missed him
"Jide you texted that we need to discuss something urgent"
They stood staring at each other..Jide couldn't bring the words out..they where stuck..how could this be?..how could he be attracted to his sister?
